Myspace has been the giant in online social networking for some years and in spite of recent competition from the Facebooks and Twitters, it remains one of the more popular social networks around. I believe that Yuwie will soon be the leader in social networking. Yuwie is just better!
Yuwie works like most social networks. You can upload pictures and video. You can add entries to your blog. You can customize your profile. .... and so on. Yuwie is also better than Myspace and the gang, because of it's diversity. I have interacted with more people from other parts of the world than on any other social network. My experience on other social networks has been that most people interact with their immediate friends (real world), their friends' friends (to a lesser degree) and rarely interact with any one outside of their 'extended' circle of friends. Yuwie has changed that. People still interact with their immediate friends, most, but the potential for profit drives you to want to make new friends, visit the profile of some one you don't know and many times gain some bit of insight as to how people in other places live.
Navigating Yuwie is even easier that moving around in Myspace. From your control panel, you can easily navigate to and adjust any part of your profile. In your control panel you can review your current page views, get alerted of new messages and comments, view notices from your friends and update your 'status'. Sending messages is very easy. In the friends area you can sort your friends by age, how long you've been friends, etc. and each of your friends on your friend list has a drop down menu that you can use to interact with that friend. This is wonderful when you have 500+ friends and you want to quickly communicate with a select few.
